Innovation and Development Associates Foundation and Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation signed an agreement on October 22, 2021, Title of the Project is Creating a Discourse in DFS. As a Condition of this agreement the Parties enter into this agreement by having their authorized representatives Mrs. Snigdha Ali from Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and Mr. Hossain A Samad from IDEA Foundation. The end date of this Project is 30th April 2024.

• To conduct independent research, policy analysis, advocacy, advisory, and project implementations, dissemination and engagements for the socioeconomic development of Bangladesh. The ultimate goal is to enhance national development.
• Carry out study, examination, evaluation, and feasibility of programs, projects, proposals and policies.
• Prepare concept notes, background papers, terms of references and implementation guidelines for programs, projects, prototypes, and pilots.
• Implement and provide implementational supports for programs, projects, prototypes, and pilots.
• Disseminate findings in seminars, symposiums, conferences and media briefings incorporating academicians, researchers, practitioners of contemporary and significant issues in development sectors and contribute to the existing knowledge base.
• Create and spread awareness among the poor people from all walks of life on various important issues like climate change, farming methods, health issues and other basic rights through meetings with community groups and social awareness campaigns.
